Most orders will include a tracking number while some smaller orders will not. To keep your shipping and handling costs as low as possible we may forgo the option for a tracking number as it can sometimes more than double the cost to ship. cup is ok, art is good, the print has started to rub off though, i have been very careful to wash in cold water, no dishwasher, still is rubbing off, maybe just from holding it but it hasn't been long
